A conversation, not an application
If you are a manager, director or partner, the risk is never finding a role. It is your CV turning up somewhere it should not, in a market small enough that everyone knows everyone. This is the quiet route.
How this is different
- No CV needed to start. Tell us roughly where you are and what you are weighing up. Nobody needs a document to have a useful first conversation.
- Nothing goes to any firm without you saying yes to that firm. Not a name, not a profile, not a hint. You approve each conversation individually or it does not happen.
- You are not entering a process. There is no application, no pipeline you have joined, and no follow-up sequence. If the answer is stay where you are, that is a perfectly good outcome and we will say so.
- Held like any other candidate record. Your details sit in our internal database, which is restricted to the recruitment staff who are granted access, and every view of a record is logged. We are an accounting group; confidentiality is the job.
